Located halfway between the city of Frankfurt am Main and the green hills of the Taunus, the Marienbader Höfe are an inspiring work environment that is much loved. A state-of-the-art office complex was created in the heart of Bad Homburg in 2015 offering more than just a place to work, but also sophisticated architecture, high-end furnishings, and modern technologies.
When construction started in 2015, two high-quality structures were created at the Marienbader Höfen providing over 25,000 m² of office space available in units as small as 400 m² plus 2,100 m² in warehouse and technology space and a huge underground car park.
Elomech Elektroanlagen GmbH worked with Teloplan Ingenieurgesellschaft to handle a uniquely complex electrical engineering project covering the gamut of infrastructural measures, disassembly, distribution, modern cabling systems, lighting, lightning protection, and fire alarm systems. In other words: a complete installation for both high and low-voltage electrical systems.
