This is what we work for and what we strive to improve on a continuous basis. However, we can only do this if we know where we can still improve on our performance. That is why we regularly conduct client satisfaction analyses on the services we provide.
Analysis: survey methodology and timing
The following topics are surveyed during our client satisfaction analyses:
- Sales performance
- Tender and bidding management
- Project realisation
Regular client satisfaction analyses are conducted:
- at the end of each project
- once a year for long-term clients
The evaluations are regularly carried out at the end of the calendar year.
